Hi, I have not been able to configure the sending of whatsapp notifications and other apps from my iphone 13 pro to my fitbit versa 3, this is because those apps don't appear in the list of applications to  enable notifications in the fitbit app

@enydrueda Thanks for clarifying your issue. 🙂

Is your Versa 3 still connected to your Android's Bluetooth settings? If it's, please try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • Set up notifications on your Versa 3 again.

Hi there, @enydrueda. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

Quick Replies feature is currently available on devices paired to an Android phone. Devices paired to an iPhone or Windows 10 phone can only respond to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests. For more information, see: How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit device?

I'd like to let you know that at this moment such feature is not currently planned for our iOS users just as stated on this feature suggestion: Quick Replies for iOS Devices. However, even though the current status is Not currently planned, this doesn't mean that we are not reviewing the feedback we receive from our iOS users, therefore, I suggest you to participate there, leave your comments and a vote. We look forward to review your input.

On the other hand, if you're having difficulties to receive notifications on your Versa 3, see Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones

See you around.

Thanks for your answer, but I don't want "quick replies" feature, I want see the notification of some apps in my Versa 3, as I could previous when I used an Android smartphone.

With my previous Android phone, I was able to be notificated from whatsapp, slack, among other apps
