My fitbit is not showing me.My phone calls or texts

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. Also, I was wondering if you're getting any error message in the Fitbit app regarding the notifications not working? If so, may I know what the message says?

In the meantime, please see Why are notifications delayed or missing?
