Notifications are not coming through my Versa 3

My Versa 3 over the past two days has stopped receiving notifications

I've got them all enabled, my fitbit is still syncing and I'm not getting any error messages 

 

Using a Samsung s21, I've had the watch for 2 years and this is the first time this has happened
