Hi there, @Mich01. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

In addition to @Guy_'s tips and recommendations, I was wondering if by any chance you're receiving any error message in the Fitbit app regarding the notifications not working?

If you're getting this error message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

Since you have a Huawei phone, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

  1. On your phone, open the Settings app > Apps and notifications > Apps.
  2. Tap Fitbit > Battery.
  3. Turn off the Power-intensive prompt option.
  4. Tap Launch.
  5. Turn off the Manage automatically option, and turn on the Auto-launch, Secondary launch, and Run in background options.
  6. Tap OK.

Note that you may see a message on your phone related to power consumption and apps scanning in the background. If you follow the steps in this message, the Fitbit app can’t run in the background and certain features may not work properly. Repeat the steps above to enable the Fitbit app to run in the background.

Hi @Mich01 - did you swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and check that both sleep and do not disturb are disabled, just in case?

And have you restarted both watch and phone to ensure a good connection?

As you have updated the phone check that battery optimization Settings have not changed and that both the Fitbit App and Bluetooth are able to run all the time.
