Notifications are not coming through my Versa 3

I just received my Versa 3 yesterday. I set it up and notifications worked fine. Not even 16 hours later and I receive no notifications. I had it set up for text messages, phone calls and an app call class dojo.  I have unpaired and repaired, turned Bluetooth off and back on and nothing is working. I can't even get a "test" call to go through.

Hi there, @LJaye. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Please take the suggestions from @Guy_ into consideration. For more information, see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me? 

Also, I was wondering if by any chance you're getting any error message in the Fitbit app regarding the notifications not working? If so, what does the message say?

In the meantime, please make sure that the phone you're syncing with meets the requirements listed here and see Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Notifications can be blocked from coming if you accidentally enable Sleep or Do not disturb.

Go to Quick Settings; Swipe to the right on the watch and grey out the moon and no entry icons and see if that solves the problem.
