Hi
my Fitbit versa has been working fine since last April, however I recently completed an update on the Fitbit app and none of my notifications are coming through. I can still receive calls but that’s it. I have done everything listed and still no joy. Getting frustrated now. Please can you help.

Hi @SunsetRunner - this seems to be a common occurrence recently.
Probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may also be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
In addition to the steps you've done, please try restarting your phone's Bluetooth (toggle it off and then on).
If the issue persists, try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
If the above doesn't work, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I noticed this with mine also and I’ve found it’s either because I’m using my phone or because the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting your likely disconnected on one of your Bluetooth connections. The calls Bluetooth and general notifications Bluetooth are separate you need to be connected to both. Hope that helps
