Hi there, @Getfitmum24. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
As a first approach, please make sure that your Versa 3 is properly linked to your Fitbit account. To do so, please go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. If your Versa 3 is not yet paired, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't describe your issue, as @Guy_ suggested, please check that your Versa 3 is not either in sleep or DND mode. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't describe your issue either, I'd like to ask if you're getting this error message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
I'd like to provide the following steps that actually work for Huawei users; however, if you have another Android phone, I'd still recommend to give them a try:
Note that you may see a message on your phone related to power consumption and apps scanning in the background. If you follow the steps in this message, the Fitbit app can’t run in the background and certain features may not work properly. Repeat the steps above to enable the Fitbit app to run in the background.

HI @Getfitmum24 - just in case, swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and check that neither Sleep or Do not disturb icons have accidentally been enabled.
