Notifications are not coming through my Versa 3

I can’t get sort to get messenger and WhatsApp notifications

Hi @Suellensm - did you check the watch Quick Settings to make sure it is not in Sleep or Do not disturb mode? Swipe the watch face to the right to check.

Also in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Versa 3 photo, Notifications and also App notifications [depending on your settings] to see if they are setup correctly is a first thing to check.

While reading your post, I was wondering if you're setting up the notifications on your Versa 3? Did you just get your Fitbit device? If so, since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected. 

I'd recommend following the steps in the article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Hi. I am getting same issue. Tried uninstalling,rebooting etc and have followed the above but still unable to see apps in apps notifications tab and not receiving these on my Versa 3. Please advise.
