I've had my Fitbit for almost 2 years now it's been fine with notifications and since the last update it will not give me notifications. It's synced to everything. Nothing is on do not disturb. I've deleted the app and re tried I even deleted the device off my Fitbit phone app and still nothing

Hi there, @KayRay111. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
While reading your post I was wondering if by any chance you're getting an error message on the Fitbit app about the notifications not working? If so, is the message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”? If that's the case, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
I'd like to provide the following steps which are actually very functional for Huawei devices, but they might still work on other Android devices. With that being said, please:
Note that you may see a message on your phone related to power consumption and apps scanning in the background. If you follow the steps in this message, the Fitbit app can’t run in the background and certain features may not work properly. Repeat the steps above to enable the Fitbit app to run in the background.
