Notifications are not coming through my Versa 3

I haven’t been able to get messages, the versa 3 keeps unpairing the control. I’ve factory reset and all. HELP

As a first approach, I recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones

 

As for the Versa 3 Controls, please note they might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging. 

 

With that in mind, please check the following requirements:

 

If you continue to have issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. On your phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove Versa 3 Controls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

I done everything it says to do idk what else to do

Sell it and buy another brand. Sadly Fitbit Versa3 is a massive fail.
