Notifications are not coming through my Versa 3

  • My versa 3 isn't receiving messages and calls ...I've tried everything...uninstalling and reinstalling the fitbit app hasn't worked either??

Hi @Bernibyrne  - presumably you did a swipe right of the watch face to get to Quick Settings and check that sleep and do not disturb are off?

 

If you reinstalled the Fitbit App it's important to redo all the notification settings again.

I did re install it...and hadn't realised I had to change settings...sorted now thankyou 😀
