Notifications are not coming through my Versa 3

My Versa 3 will only receive phone calls. I can not receive texts send texts or make phone calls any help greatly appreciated

Hi there, @James85. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 3 is not receiving text messages. I'll be glad to help you with this. 

To better assist you, would you mind confirming if the only notifications that you don't receive are texts? Have you tried restarting your Fitbit device?

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
