Notifications are not coming through my Versa 3

My notifications don't always push through. I am student teaching this semester but I have to take meds and specific times or check alerts that are important but I can't have my phone out all day so I'm using the watch as a reminder with notifications but they aren't working/stop randomly

Hi there, @V2212. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your notifications are not working properly on your Versa 3. I understand how important it is to you to receive those reminders as you need to take your medication at specific times. I will be glad to help you with this. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 3 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
