Notifications are not coming through my Versa 3

I have just changed to an hour Honor x6b. I am unable to get any notifications other than incoming call, to my Versa 3. I have followed as much of the troubleshooting advice as I can. My Versa 3 is added as a device, Bluetooth is on, all notification settings seem correct, factory reset, phone restart etc etc but nothing. No sms, WhatsApp, email etc etc notifications

Hello @PhilCaff and welcome to the Community.  I'm certainly not an expert on this, but I have a thought.  Honor phones use Magic OS, which is Android based, but isn't Android OS.  That might cause this incompatibility.
