My Versa Lite will sync calls but not texts to my new Samsung S23 Ultra. Can someone help please?

Hi @lgrisanti - if you have changed phones, firstly check the Notifications are set up correctly [click profile photo, device photo] and check everything is as it should be.
Make sure your old phone and any other phones/tablets are switched off.
Restart the new phone and watch again and in the watch setup check that do not disturb or sleep are not enabled. Best way is to pull down on the watch face once and then again and click the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings.

In addition to the steps provided by @Guy_, I'd suggest making sure that your Versa Lite is no longer connected to your old mobile device as this might be preventing your Fitbit device to receive notifications from your new phone.
With that being said, please follow the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa Lite first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
