Well, started this morning when I noticed not receiving notifications on my Versa Lite. Tried all around to reset the sync; turn off bluetooth, tried to sync in the app, rebooted iphone, uninstalled and installed again the app hundred times, reseted my network settings, reseted phone, bluetooth and device thousand times, last thing I did was factory reset on my watch, and even though, no result at all. Don’t know what else to do. So frustrating!

@JulianaFinamore Thanks for confirming that you've indeed attempted the steps I provided above.

Since your Versa Lite is now stuck on the setup screen, please try the steps listed below:

  • Remove your Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer paired to your Fitbit account.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa Lite again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.

If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @JulianaFinamore. Welcome to he Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. I understand how frustrating this can be.

May I know if the Sleep Mode and DND settings are turned off? If these settings are on, your tracker won't vibrate or turn on when receiving any type of notifications. You'll find more details about these settings here. Also, make sure the Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked for your preferred apps under your phone's settings > Notifications.

If the issue persists after double checking the above settings, give a try to the following:

  1. Forget your Versa Lite from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth settings nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your Versa Lite one more time.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Try receiving a call or text notification to test your tracker.

Hello my dear, thanks for your help, but I did all of this as well, forgot to mention as I have been the whole afternoon trying to sort it. Anyway, it was not on sleep mode, and right now it is stuck on setup screen, I can finally find the device through the app, it gives the 4 numbers to connect but doesn’t finish the connection. When it fails, I receive the following message: The operation couldn't be completed.
(Airlink.AirlinkRequestError error 1.).

Well, thanks once again.
