My versa lite stopped sending notifications like texts and emails to my watch. Has anybody had this problem or can tell me how to fix it?  I've tried everything I can think of.

Hi there, @AshleySkeen. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa Lite. I understand where your concern is coming from.

As a first approach, please check what @Guy_ has suggested you. When you turn on the do not disturb setting:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move don't cause the watch to vibrate or the screen to turn on.
  • You see a do not disturb icon at the top of the screen when you swipe down to see your notifications.

On the other hand, May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. Do you receive any error message in the Fitbit app regarding the notifications not working? If so, what does the message say?

While we wait for your response, please follow the tips and recommendations provided here Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Hope that helps.

It could be as simple as the watch is in Do not disturb mode.

Pull down twice from the top of the watch and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and make sure the 2 top icons are greyed out.
