Notifications are not coming through my Versa Lite

Notifications start and stop frequently on my versa lite now it just stopped again.its been a month already with this situation,very aggravating.

Hi @Eboniejewel  - did you try long button press [swipe watch face down once and then again and tap the 2 white bars] to get to Quick Settings and remove Sleep and Do not disturb?

 

To ensure good syncing logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and restart both watch and phone and sync again, this is necessary to have working fully for notifications to pass.
