Notifications are not coming through my Versa Lite

Text notifications aren’t coming through on my Fitbit Versa Lite.

Hi @sara31773  - if they used to come, try long press of the button to get to Quick Settings and make sure sleep and do not disturb are turned off.

Obviously also the watch has to be syncing well with the Fitbit App and Notifications (and app notifications) have to be setup properly.

It syncs fine and I’m getting other notifications.  I get phone call notifications but not text message notifications.  🤔

@sara31773 Thanks for those details. 

While reading your post I was wondering if the text messages your Versa Lite is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
