Cannot get any notifications to come across my versa lite

Hi @JenW1108 - if it was working and stopped have you tried restarting the watch and fully syncing?

One of the problems with the new V4 Fitbit App is it can lose connection and then you won't get notifications.

It is also worth checking your watch settings in case it is in sleep or do not disturb mode.

Long press the button or pull down on the watch once and then again, and then tap on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and check.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa Lite is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
