Notifications are not coming through my Versa

I did the update a few months ago and I stopped getting text notifications with my versa. I reset it, turned Bluetooth off and on, restarted my phone, everything and still nothing. I actually stopped wearing my fitbit because I wasn't getting the notifications anymore and I really miss it. Is there any update about what is being done to fix this? I really don't want to get a different watch either.

Hi there, @Pensky. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Is your Versa still connected to your phone's Bluetooth settings? If it's, please try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Versa from your phone's Bluetooth and the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa again.
  • Set up notifications on your Versa again.

If the issue persists, please see Why are notifications delayed or missing?
