Did you mean:

Notifications are not coming through my Versa

I had recently updated my Fitbit application,  and for about 3 days now I can not get my calls or texts to sync.

Fitbit does track my activity but that's all.

That's very interesting.
Did the company say anything about it?

BUT don't call customer service, they will not acknowledge that it is an update issue.  Their answer is that your device MAY be defective, here is a code to order new.. Many of the users batteries are draining at a crazy pace since the update also.

Don't feel bad, you guys aren't alone in your frustrations and poor experience contacting customer support.

Sense and Versa 3 are also impacted by this bug, and there is no fix in sight for us yet either. I'm honestly envious of you if you didn't waste money buying a brand new Fitbit.

I've been testing it and when I send a test call it will show, but no vibration.  Also still no notification about texts

@Dentaltiff @SunsetRunner @sidmobile I understand where you're coming from. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.

In addition to the steps you've tried, please try force quitting the app, open the app, and let the app sync. You should avoid going to the device details screen until the device/app finishes syncing. Note that some customers have said that doing this resolves the issue.

@MarreFitbit

Didnt work... BUT there seems to be a working temporary solution for the notification bug for some users. All this thread mergers has caused threads to be a mis-match of issues.... so I can't speak to the syncing issues and battery drain.

For Android users, try checking your notification settings and try disabling the option for transliteration. This worked for me, though transliteration is of course dead.

I'm guessing there is either a broken API or missing code, and as all notifications go through this process (if enabled), a bug will break all notifications altogether. I really hope notifications are not processed via an API... that would be a huge security risk.
