Notifications are not coming through my Versa

I don’t get notifications on my Fitbit anymore such as phone calls or texts 

anyone knows how to fix this

Hi @Clp6 - if your watch is syncing to the app so you see your steps on the phone, pull down the watch face once, then again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and turn off Sleep and Do not disturb.

I just contacted virtual help on this as I noticed this in the pass 2 months and I followed the instructions that were already done and did t el either
