Notifications are not coming through my Versa

My versa isn't displaying text or calls. Need help

Hi @Shawn1415 - firstly the watch needs to be near the phone and connecting with the Fitbit App to receive notifications.

Go to the watch Quick Settings and make sure that Sleep or Do not disturb aren't enabled.

If it was working next step would be to restart the phone and watch.

Hi there, @Shawn1415. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the notifications are not coming through your Versa. We're here to help! 

As @Guy_ has suggested, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
