Notifications are not working on my Versa 2

Hello, 

 

I had my notifications set up on my Versa 2 for about a day after I received the watch, however, the next day I wasn't receiving any notifications, only phonecalls.

I checked that it wasn't on Do not Disturb or Sleep mode, I made sure the fitbit app was updated, tried turning my phone and versa 2 off and on again like the alert suggested, but I still am not receiving my notifications for messenger, text messages, WhatsApp etc. 

The user guide is not helping me in this instance as I have done everything that it has suggested to me.

 

I'd be grateful for some help and advice on this matter.

Hi Aileen same thing for me also. receive incoming calls but no text messages. did everything the app said to do. if I find anything out I will let you know also if it gets fixed.

Did anyone get back to you from Fitbit? My Versa 2 still isn't showing notifications at all. I done a factory reset too and still nothing! 🙈
