Notifications are not working properly on my Versa 3

Hi I am finding the notifications on my versa 3 - it would be helpful to have the vibrate working when receiving notifications and also the notification is not flashing up on the screen.  Have tried everything here but still not working.  I’ve used fitbits for years with no problems and this new one is just not doing what I need it to.  Any suggestions gratefully received.

To better assist you, please confirm that you've followed all steps provided here Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones

Also, please make sure that your Versa 3 is not either in sleep or DND mode. When the do not disturb setting is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
• The do not disturb icon illuminates in the quick settings.

When the sleep mode setting is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.
