Notifications being sent middle of night

A couple Times a week my Fitbit versa will send me all my notifications in the middle of the night. All the messages I received during the day will come through again while I’m sleeping. What would cause this?

Hi @kbapp - to stop it doing that create a Sleep schedule in the watch Settings, this will disable any notifications coming while you are asleep.

As to why this happens could be related to a syncing issue [which solves itself in the night after trying loads of times] see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Or it could be phone issue. May be restarting both the watch and phone will help.
