Notifications not comeing to my fitbit versa 2

I have tried everything. All my notification stuff is turned on. But still not receiving text messages or any notifications. I can receive the phone calls but nothing else. I have been working on it for days. My fitbit versa lite, was receiving all my notifications. But the versa 2 is not. I am getting extremely frustrated with my watch. I even tried to unpair and re pairing. Logging out of the app shutting my watch and phone off still nothing. I have a galaxy s10 android phone. Please help.

Hi @amandsmith2888 ,  besides users with iPhones, also some users with Android devices have the text notification issue, mainly Samsung users (Tizen?). Fitbit is aware of the problem and working on a fix for it. regards kuzibri

My Moto play 2 messages and phone calls ate not making it to my versa2. All permissions have been given. Very disappointed.

After viewing several You Tubes I actually got both my notifications, email and phone calls to show up on my watch.  I am a happy camper now!!!

Can you share which youtube videos helped to resolve?
