Notifications not working and I've tried everything!!

I've had my Versa for 3 days.  The first day all messages and whatsapp notifications were coming through.  When I went to work on Monday I turned my phone on silent and haven't received a single notification since!

- I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app

- Rebooted my phone

- Rebooted my Versa

- Changed all the notification settings in every place I can think of and still nothing!

The reboot means I now get message notifications on the watch but not whatsapp and when I go into the App Notification tab on the app the only app listed on there is Instagram!

 

Can anyone help - it's driving me nuts!!!!

@nuttyduffy if your phone is on silent you need to turn on Always Vibrate option in Versa's notification settings in the fitbit app.
