Notifications not working consistently on Versa

My versa has not been receiving any notifications at all. I tried the tips provided, it worked for half a day and back to not working again. It's important that I know when someone's trying to call me. 

 

This is my first time with a Fitbit - I might go back to using my Fossil smartwatch again.

I have also noticed this.  Lot's of flaws with this version of fitbit.  I had a fitbit Alta, basic but worked.
