Notifications on Fitbit Versa 2 no longer open on my phone.

I used to be able to click on a notification on my Versa 2 which then opened the related item on my Samsung S23 Ultra.  However this has stopped recently.

I have force quit the app, uninstalled, restarted my watch and phone and it still doesn't work?
