Got my Versa yesterday. Watch looks good.
And my notifications are actually synced to the watch. However, whatever I do, it won't vibrate or POP up notifications, which I thought it should (at least vibrate).
Anyone who has experienced this and fixed it?

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with the notifications. Thank you for sharing the steps that you already tried.
Before considering other options, please try to deactivate the notifications on your watch completely, and then try to set them up again following the steps here.

I can tell you I have done everything from restarting watch, phone, uninstalling and reinstalling and it’s still doing the same thing. I’ll get notifications, but they won’t pop down and won’t vibrate my versa.

I am on an Honor9 but all Hauwei phones seem to have over zealous battery optimization. This was causing me a whole slew of issues. In settings go to Battery>App Launch>Fitbit and make sure the Auto management is switched to OFF then make sure all the 3 options in the pop-up are turned ON. This may not work for you but it sorted out all the issues I was having so worth giving it a shot 🤷

Thank you for sharing this information @Ltownsq and @Kitsune99, I've seen other users who have been experiencing the same difficulties to receive the vibration when getting the notifications.
The team of developers is aware of this behavior and they're working to find a solution as soon as possible.
