Hi,
I just got my fitbit versa over black friday, and for some reasons I keep getting the message of "notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker". I tried restart, re-install of app, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions and tips will be highly appreciated. I am not sure if there is problem with the watch or my phone.

Unfortunately, I do not see my device listed as supporting device. Is there any way around it of making it work?

Firstly, delete fitbit apps on your phone. Then update your the firmware of your phone to be 10.1.3.0.
Reinstall fitbit apps again and restart the phone. I tested it yesterday. It returns to normal.

I buy fitbit versa and I have Pocophone F1. I dind t receive notifications. What I can do?

I have a Pocophone F1 and all I did was give the fitbit app all the permissions it might need and then lock the app in the screen where you switch between apps.. And just restart the device and you will get notofications
