Notifications waking me up since 32.68.9.12 update

I got the 32.68.9.12 versa update yesterday and I was woken in the middle of the night by a spam phone call coming through to my watch. My versa used to automatically know when I was sleeping and silence notifications. Please don't tell me I need to do this manually every night now.

Let me help you with your notifications. Start by restarting your device. After this set the notifications again following these instructions and configure the feature again to your liking.
