I recently got my Fitbit Versa and last night notifications were working fine but this morning it wouldn’t vibrate when I got a Snapchat or Facebook message call or text and I did reset my Fitbit what else should I do?

Hi, sometimes the Fitbit app app behaves not always as it should. So, go to your notifications in the Fitbit app and check whether vibration is still enabled, if not enable it again. The other possibility is your Versa. Go to the settings on your Versa and also check whether vibration is either set to normal or strong. If on both sides vibrations are still on, try restarting your Versa several times ans also restart your phone. Let me know if this worked.
