Notificifications received, but can't read

I get the notification message on my Versa, but it does not show the message. It says...open..so when I open, it goes away and opens up on  my phone.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with notifications. I understand that you get the notification but doesn't show the message. Could you confirm if you receive a "New Message" notification? Do you use an iOS or Android device? 

 

If you're using an Android device, I recommend checking the following requirements and doing the following:

 

  1. Open your "Messages" app on your Android device.

  2. Go to "Settings."

  3. Click on "Notifications."

  4. Make sure there is a checkmark next to "Preview Message".
