Occasionally my sleep will not track at all. I’m not just referring to sleep stages, but it will show no movement at all (which is definitely not accurate).
Yes, I’ve reset. Yes, I’ve tried to sync multiple times. Yes, I’ve manually entered sleep and this is what happens: it shows just a solid streak of sleep —zero movements, nothing.
What’s causing this and is there anyway to get it to work those days that it randomly just tracks no sleep, no movement— nothing? It almost looks like I took it off my wrist and just set it down and didn’t move it until. It’s not too often, but it is a pain when it does...

@Luroc Could you please check if the heart rate was tracked properly for the nights the sleep wasn't recorded? Also make sure you wear your tracker tight enough. Heart rate recording is necessary for the sleep recognition. Also, make sure you do not have any presets set for the sleep in the Fitbit mobile app. If you do please clear them and reboot your phone and Versa.

Yes, it is worn properly and tight. No presets for sleep.
And about your question about HR — my bigger question is around the fact that it’s not even showing MOVEMENT of any kind. Not even regular sleep tracking during this random, sporadic, no-sleep tracking events. It should show some movement, correct, whether or not heart rate is tracked? (Like a non-HR Fitbit)
And yes, it shows heart rate tracked but for some reason just stops calculating sleep.

@Luroc Could you post some screenshots of the heart rate? Normally, Fitbit marks time as sleep if it detects no movement and HR near resting HR for at least an hour. If that's not the case - if your HR was too high (for whatever reason) or you moved a lot at night, this could happen. Another thing, make sure your Sleep Sensitivity setting on Fitbit.com is set to Normal. Please go to your profile, set the setting to Normal, save and sync.
