Fitbit should offer a 2 year warranty here in the U.S, like the do in Europe. My versa 3 watch fell on the floor one month after my 1 year warranty expired. Since fitbit doesn’t have repair centers, my only option after contacting customer service y to buy a new one with the 35% discount they offered me. 🙄

A 2 year warranty wouldn't have helped you as accidental damage is not covered by the warranty
