Old account seems to have disappeared

I was trying to sync myfitnesspal with fitbit but having no luck. I decided to reinstall the fitbit app to see if this would work, however when I tried logging in I couldn't remember my password. I tried to do password re-set but got no emails which I thought was odd (checked junk too). It was definitely the right email address as I still have old fitbit emails in there. 

 

I thought to try and make a new account with the same email hoping it wouldn't let me use the same email twice and I wasn't going crazy bit it worked! So now I have a new account with none of my data and have NO IDEA how to log into the old account. It must still exist surely?

I would contact support. Sounds like your email might have been changed. Use help like at top of forum
