Oldest unread message repeatedly popping up as new message on Versa 2

Hey,

I own a Versa 2 for almost a year now and have always been excited about getting notifications for incoming messages on my wrist.

However, for a few months already by now, I have the problem that always the oldest non-read message is shown in the notification-popup whenever a more recent message arrives.

Example case:

Yesterday, I received some Telegram message from someone and haven't read it yet, so that it is still marked unread. Let's assume that this is currently my oldest unread message on Telegram.

When I get new messages now, always the old message from yesterday pops up on my Versa 2 as if I had received it just now (as a new, incoming message). As a consequence, I don't see more recent messages anymore popping up when they arrive (while there is an older unread message). 

To me that looks like a bug where someone has messed up the indices when deciding on which message to show as an incoming in the display-popup. It seems as if the first element from the queue of unread messages is repeatedly retrieved as an incoming message, while it should rather behave as some form of LIFO queue (where always the most recently added element is retrieved and thus shown as an incoming message). 

According to my Fitbit app, the Versa 2 has Firmware Version 35.72.1.15 installed and I have my Fitbit app installed on a Pixel 4a (with the most recent Android updates being applied).

Would be great to get some feedback (and more importantly a fix) for that 🙂

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.49 iOS and Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

In addition, you can set up your Watch as a replacement device:

1. Tap the Today tab , and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
