Ok, this is getting really frustrating. After all of the watches, following all the guides out there, wearing it properly, restoring to factory settings a multitutde of times... the HR still does not work. Why won't they send one that works?
Does anyone have any advice????

Hi, I realize that this is very frustrating, but I can hardly imagine that you get 6 Versa's on which the HR is not working. Go to the settings on your Versa and press it. Scroll down to HR and see wether it is on or off. when it's off press on off and it will turn to on. Hope this helps.

While I appreciate your message, I have gone through all of the troubleshooting that is out there, including everything recommended from support online and on the phone.
The HR works for around 10 minutes then stops. - - is all I see.

I'm really asthonized that you have 6 Versa's in a row in which the HR is not working. Flabbergasted by it is maybe a better word. Do no know what to say anymore, except that I have a lot of compassion for you and also feel a bit guilty, cause mine has no problems at all. I totally would understand that you lost your faith in this Fitnit product. I, therefore wish you all the luck in the world, regards kuzibri
