On the primary swipe up menu, I only have 3 settings, not 7, why?

On the primary swipe up menu, when I select Settings, it states "Select STATs to easily track with Fitbit Today. There is only Activity, Hourly Steps and Heart Rate. No mention of selecting 7, why?

Fitbit you gave the wrong answer, they are talking about the tiles missing in the Fitbit 4 watch, not the app. When I purchased it there were 7 swipe menus in the watch, now there's only 3: main, weather and exercise whereas stress, sleep, heart relaxation. Have all disappeared. How do I get them back?
