On-wrist calls on Versa 3 aren't working correctly

I do not have the speaker icon when calls come in on the wrist phone of the versa 3, no volume or place to adjust it. calls come in and i am able to answer them, the calling party can hear me but i can`t hear them.

Hi, @ema61 - try Shutdown at the bottom of Settings on the watch. wait 10 seconds then place on the charger to start it and recharge it. It might help.

From ema61, Thank you to all in the community that have helped me thru
setting up my new Fitbit Versa 3, I did not explain the last problem
well, because i did not know what i was supposed to see on the Fitbit
Versa 3, 2 other members of my family received the same  and i was able
to compare my watch with them, 1 other watch worked correctly and the
other did not. This is the true question, On my fitbit Versa 3 i can
receive text, rec. calls, answer calls BUT after i answer a call the
screen goes to the watch face and does not go to Connect then to Speaker
with volume. can you guide me to the setting i need for this function to
work? Love the new fitbit.

From ema61, Thanks for all the help, I did a second set up of the wrist
phone answering problem and that corrected the trouble , had to be Pilot
Error on my part, Thanks to the community,
