Good day everyone, have tried all possible things to get the on wrist call function working but still no success.
The pairing of phone Bluetooth and versa 3 control is successful but on trying a test call, it says "connection error, there is something wrong with your connection, please switch to your phone for this call" and that's it. The test call too doesn't go through after the first attempt. You have to again un-pair the devices and repair. Tried calling the phone from another no, only the phone rang but it did not come through on the watch. Did many times un-install of Fitbit app, reset of watch, reboot of devices (phone and watch etc) but still same. Am using a OnePlus Nord 2 mobile, Android 11 version. Have also updated both Versa 3 and Android versions.
Tricky part is that the on wrist call function works perfectly with my old Moto G5 Plus (Android version 8).
Feeling so disappointed that with a new phone like Nord 2 it's not working.
Anyone in here having found a solution, then pls advise.
Thanks,have a nice day.
