On wrist-calls on Versa 3 aren't working

Hi

I have a Samsung A51 paired with the Versa 3
When I receive a call and answer from the Versa3, the microphone and speaker of the smartphone start by default. To have a conversation with the watch, I have to manually select it. Does it happen to someone else?

Hi there, @pesie. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 3.

 

In order to answer a call on your Versa 3, please: 

 

  1. When you receive a phone call, tap the green phone icon on your watch. Note that your phone must be nearby with the Fitbit app running in the background.
  2. Speak into your watch to talk to the other person. You hear their voice from the speaker on your watch.
    • To adjust the volume of the speaker, tap the speaker icon minus icon or plus icon. Swipe right to return to the previous screen.
    • To mute yourself, tap the microphone icon. Tap the same icon to unmute yourself.
    • To switch to a keypad, tap the 3 dots icon > Keypad. Swipe right to return to the previous screen.
  3. To end the call, tap the red phone icon.

I tap the green phone icon on my watch but

is not possible becouse the microphone and speaker of the smartphone start by default. To have a conversation with the watch, I have to manually select it.

Happens to me as well after the latest app upgrade (not firmware)... Seems quite a few things have been broken with it (version 3.66.fitbit-mobile-36669011-468230356)
