One band doesn't come off

I've had this issue since I got the watch yesterday. On one band, I can move the pin and take the band off. However, with the other band, I can make the pin budge a little bit but the band won't come out at all. I'm not using any custom bands or anything, the bands I got with the fitbit, so I'm not sure why it would be having this as an issue.

Hi, have a look at this video about changing bands. Regards kuzibri

I used this video when I got the fitbit. Like I have stated, one band comes off but the other refuses to come off at all... It just doesn't budge at all even though I push the pin in, which is a struggle itself.

Hi, try to use a tweezer to grasp and hold the pin in order to move and remove it. Regards kuzibri

I have tried tweezers, the pin doesn't budge at all. It's the side that has the gaps, the pin doesn't move even with a pair of tweezers. What am I supposed to do to get it off?

Take the pin with whatever tool you want and move it to the watch side and slide it then to the left and it should come off.

I feel like I've tried this very process a million times. It doesn't budge at all. It's essentially stuck there.

Unfortunately I'm out of options.

Thanks, but yeah I've tried all sorts when it comes to trying to make this pin budge but it's like it's super glued into it's position. It may be a defective one?

I had this exact same problem straight out of the box. I thought I could live with it, but then the silicone strap it came with tore apart on both sides within 6 months of buying the Versa. I wasted a ridiculous amount of time over multiple customer support chats and email threads on this - the reps seemed unable to understand that the issue is the pin mechanism, and kept trying to send a replacement band, then to chide me for contacting support again when a band had been sent out, etc. After repeating the same story dozens of times, I finally got through and was told to return the Versa for repair or refurb replacement. Which of course uses SmartPost, so of course it will take months for the defective unit to arrive, and for the repair/refurb to be sent back. Such an awful experience.

Thankfully, since this post, I've shipped the Versa back and, since then, I got the Versa 2. The Versa 2 didn't have any issues, thank god. But yeah, it seems to be just a faulty product.
