One month old Versa stopped charging and I have completed all the suggestions on threads

I have a versa, and after much troubleshooting, it still won't charge. It was working great but too expensive to just get 1 month of use, please help

Unfortunately, customer support do not monitor these forums and will not call you, but you can contact them via: contact.fitbit.com

 

You may also want to edit your post to remove your phone number - it's perhaps not something to share in a public forum.
