One plus 6 Bluetooth issue with fibit versa

Fitbit versa will connect only 10 minutes with one plus 6 after that it won't support and I have to restart my phone every time .. special message to Fitbit developers please check this issues.Idon't know what you people are doing there. Many customers has reported this same issues still you people are saying useless reasons

@Jilin Are you receiving any error messages? Many users on this forum reported success with OP devices. Is your versa receiving notifications and syncing? Please elaborate. I'm assuming you're running android pie, but what is your fitbit firmware version?

versa Firmware version 32.32.12.19

andriod version :9

As of now this is the configuration...

Sync now progress bar some time it will show red alert (not sync) ie disconnected.

@Jilin Let's try this:

1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
2. Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
3. Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app. Do not pair.
4. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
5. Log in to Fitbit mobile app
6. Grant all permissions.
7. Force sync.

Note: Some people have reported that the bluetooth connection is way more stable if WIFI network has been removed. Before performing above procedure, I would remove any WIFI networks from Fitbit mobile app (if you have any, that is) and sync.

I have tried this all step and still, issue is not solved

@Jilin Your Versa syncs. It's the notification service that gets killed by Android.

A few ideas:

1. Make sure Fitbit mobile app is not being optimized by Android. Go to your phone's battery settings and disable battery optimization for Fitbit app.

2. Lock Fitbit mobile app in the background, so it doesn't get killed by Android. Please take a look at this link.

3. In the Fitbit mobile app, tap on Versa icon in the top right corner, and scroll down to Keep Alive Widget. Enable it. Also, enable always connected.

ETA: Usually points 1 and 3 should be sufficient.
