Oneplus 3T won’t sync with Fitbit Versa latest firmware update???

Hello all

Its been almost a year that I am using Fitbit Versa with oneplus 3T and syncing fine. But soon after the latest firmware update 32.33.1.30, it has stopped syncing.

Actually, it was hard to get update through oneplus 3T, so I tried successfully through my Apple IPad and syncing fine with it. But now my phone won’t sync with Versa.But now my phone won’t sync with Versa.

I have tried all the tricks already listed here and there like rebooting, restarting Bluetooth etc.

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

I don’t know what Fitbit developers are doing and in what way they rollout the updates.

At the moment this is a 200 $ piece of junk for me. I will think 100 times before buying anything from Fitbit.

@Fareed Fellow OP3T user here. Same situation as well. I updated on iOS but only because I didn't feel like updating my Fitbit mobile app at that time. Try this:

1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
2. Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
3. Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app. Do not pair
4. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
5. Login to Fitbit mobile app
6. Grant all permissions and sync.

The trick here is to not pair in phone Bluetooth settings but rather let the Fitbit mobile app do that. If the problem persists, I recommend downgrading Fitbit mobile app to 2.74.2. You can find apk flying somewhere on the internet. I find this build to be the most stable one for me.
