My Versa and website both synch with the app, but there are weird inconsistencies, and the website does not get anything the watch sends to my app.
The app has a calorie tracker at the top that reads 2,200. It lists the correct number of steps that I have taken. However, the nutrition screen shows that I have used 1,373 calories. The website shows the second number, from the application, while the first number, from my versa, shows a zero. The app knows how many steps I've taken, but the website, which has the nutritional information that I've only given the app, doesn't think that I have moved today. The app seems to be sending some bits of information to the website but leaves parts out, making it impossible to use the calorie estimates listed on the nutrition screen. I am not set up on any of the weightloss plans.
I have a new versa and use android.

@CruBi Has this problem just appeared? Did it work before? Fitbit had some data syncing and temporary loss issues yesterday. They've almost restored everything, but perhaps your data is still missing partially?
